My name is Chonte and I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister, bestfriend….I am ExQuisite InVitation. And not to mention: a lover of all that is paper elegance, whimsical and sophistication. In 2004, I decided to venture out, creating the introduction to any event which is the InVitation after many sought out pressures from family and friends. I am dedicated to creating elegant and beautiful handmade invitations and paper treats and will personally work with you to create a keepsake for a lifetime.
I studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, hold a Bachelor of Science degree in International Management and a MBA. My wealth of professional and academic experience has perfected my skill of delicately bringing a creative concept to life. In my spare time, I enjoy scrapbooking and spending time with my husband and daughter, Journey.
ExQuisite InVitation is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. ExQuisite InVitation is committed to meeting those needs and as a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
If you're holding an event that is not located in the Central Florida area, I can easily correspond with you through email, digital photographs and actual samples through the mail. In addition to unique, custom-made invitations, I also have new and exciting ideas for favors, table numbers, escort cards, wedding programs and save-the-date cards including other sorts of stationary and paper treats!
** I've been asked about my inspiration **
My inspiration stems from all that the earth has to offer. From grass, the ocean, or a wall color...this is where I get it from. When I'm designing an invitation I think of it from a prospective of getting dressed in the morning. The paper is my body and all the layered paper and printing is my clothing. As a woman I can never leave home without my jewelry so this is where the ribbon, crystals and charms as well as feathers come into place...I mean really! Who ever wants to go out looking plain?
So there it is in a nutshell ;)
